1. Notification (NOT). The approval/permit which allow client to import and selling in Malaysian market.

2. Market Sampling Permit of Skincare Cosmetic Products

Example:

• Cosmetic/skin care: product of make up, facial mask, skin whitening product, cleanser, etc

• Personal care: toothpaste, bath product, hand sanitizer, perfume, etc

• Haircare: hair shampoo, hair conditional, hair oil, hair serum, etc

FOOD PRODUCT (FSQD/BKKM)

1. Food Labeling & Ingredients Assessment. The approval/permit which allow client to import and selling in Malaysian market.

Example:

Sachet Juice Powder, Beverage, Chewable Candy, Coffee Powder, Jamu Drinks, Collagen Drink, Meal Replacement, Infant Formula, Milk Powder, etc.

HEALTH SUPPLEMENT (NPRA/BPFK)

1. Health Supplement Permit (MAL). The approval/permit which allow client to import and selling in Malaysian market.

Example:

Multivitamins, Multi-mineral, Fish Oil Soft gel, Probiotics, Collagen, etc.

MEDICAL DEVICE (MDA)

1. Medical Device Registration. The approval/permit which allow client to import and selling in Malaysian market.

2. Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) for handling of Medical Device Products

Example:

Face Mask,PPE, Test kit, Menstrual Patch, Oximeter, Nebulizer, Syringe, Contact Lens, etc.

Traditional Medicine (NPRA/BPFK)

1. Traditional Medicine Permit (MAL). The approval/permit which allow client to import and selling in Malaysian market.

Example:

All kind of herbal products

Over The Counter Medicine (OTC)

• OTC Permit (MAL). The approval/permit which allow client to import and selling in Malaysian market.

Example:

Medicated Oil, Aspirin, Acetaminophen, etc
